Charles residence is an extension project focused on entertaining. Pitch is engaged to propose a double storey structure at a rear of an existing house to enclose an existing swimming pool as well as building a guest suite and multifunction entertaining rumpus room.

Pitch's vision is to create a simple, inviting architecture to house the various spaces with a cohesive approach. All things are carefully considered and curated to achieve the desired functionality as well as a calm and relaxed resort feel.
