Located in the prime location of Queenstown over looking the beautiful Lake Wakatipu, Crystal Residence consists of 6 luxury residences that are embedded into the landscape of Fernhill. The architectural intent for these bespoke residences is to reflect and celebrate the natural topography of the site. Consist of glass, timber batten and concrete structure, a series of curated architectural pavilions have been carefully positioned on steep landscape directly facing on to the lake Wakatipu.

Inspired by natural landscape and the amazing scenery of lake Wakatipu, the interior of Crystal Residence is a celebration of natural material and texture. All spaces and design decisions were made around the amazing scenery, the architecture is here to compliment the natural landscape. The material palette which consists of timber, stone and concrete is extremely pared back afar, but full of texture and personality up close.
