Park residence is a thoughtfully composed dual occupancy townhouse project adjacent to a leafy walking trail in Kew. Situated on a hilly, triangular site, the architecture reflects and embraces the existing site condition and its' immediate context.

The architecture addresses the diminishing topography by cantilevering a portion of the floor plate over the natural ground line.

The form and facade of the project has been carefully considered and curated. A contrasting facade treatment is adopted - curved facade softens the sharpness of the angular floor plate without compromising internal floor space. Bi-folding perforated screens to the west facing windows and facade fronting the trail provides articulation and allow the flexibility of privacy and view to the open vistas.
