A hybrid of two typologies. The design for Kensington Residence aimed to bridge townhouse and apartment style living. The design process has shaped our understanding of the target demographic and market demand, and alongside our client, we endeavour to provide quality residences for the local residents. The project reflects the heritage of the surrounding urban context while incorporating the density of inner city lifestyle through clever configuration and industrial materiality.
